Claims (2)

  1. 캐소오드와 그리드와 형광타아게트를 가지며, 그리드전류가 흘렀을때에 온상태로 되는 표시소자를 메트릭스 형상으로 배치하고 각 상기 표시소자를 입력신호에 따라서 온·오프해서 화상을 표시하는 표시 장치에 있어서, 각 상기 표시소자의 그리드·캐소오드 사이에 상기 입력신호에 따라서 온·오프되는 정전류 구동회로을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  2. 상기 정전류 구동회로는, 동기에 상기 그리드에 대해서 직류전압원으로부터 상기 그리드전류에 의한 상기 그리드·캐소오드 사이의 내부저항보다 충분히 큰 고저항을 거쳐서 전압이 인가되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 표시장치.
