제1도는 묽은 수증기 및 탄환수소원료가 열분해로의 대류부에서 연소가스와의 간접적인 열교환에 의해 예열되는 에탄올 수증기 열분해하기 위한 종래 공정의 개략 유통도임.
제2도는 원료 예열 및 선택적으로는 다른 가열이 과열 수증기와의 간접적인 열교환에 의해 이루어지는 본 발명의 실례로서 탄화수소를 수증기 열분해하기 위한 개략 유통도임.
Claims (6)
- 방열부와 대류부를 갖는 관형 가열로에서 탄화수소 원료를 수증기 열분해하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 묽은 수증기를 탄화수소원료에 첨가하고 그 결과 형성된 묽은 수증기와 탄화수소원료의 혼합원료를 방열부에 도입하기전에 거의 초기열분해 온도까지 가열하고, 과열된 수증기와의 간접적인 열교환에 의해 약 370℃ 내지 약 700℃까지 탄화수소원료를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소원료의 수증기 열분해 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과열된 수증기의 적어도 일부가 대류부에서 과열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소원료가 에탄, 프로판 또는 이들 혼합물로부터 선택되며 혼합된 원료가 과열된 수증기와의 간접적인 열교환에 의해 약 600℃ 내지 약 700℃까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소원료가 약 150℃ 내지 약 250℃의 종말점을 갖는 나프타이고, 혼합된 원료가 과열된 수증기와의 간접적인 열교환에 의해 약 430℃ 내지 약 650℃까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소원료가 약 290℃ 내지 약 570℃의 종말점을 갖는 가스오일이고, 혼합된 원료가 과열된 수증기와의 간접적인 열교환에 의해 약 450℃ 내지 약 570℃까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수증기 열분해 방법이 대류부에서 과열되는 수증기중 적어도 일부를 상승시키기 위해 열분해된 가스급냉 보일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
