Abstract
탄화수소를 열 분해시키는 중에 일산화탄소의 생성 및 열 분해 관의 표면상에 탄소 형성 속도는 수소같은 환원 가스의 존재하에 주석 화합물, 규소 화합물 및 황 화합물을 포함하는 오염 방지 물질로 처리된 분해 관의 사용에 의해 억제된다. 게다가, 열분해 공정 생성물 스트림내 일산화탄소의 농도는 황 화합물의 농도를 갖는 환원 가스로 상기 공정의 열 분해 관을 처리하므로써 감소된다.

제1도는 열분해 공정 시스템의 관이 본원에서 서술되는 신규한 방법에 의해 처리된 열분해 공정 시스템의 분해 로(爐) 단면의 도식적 표현을 제공한다. 제2도는 분해된 가스 스트림내 일산화탄소의 중량% 대 본원에서 서술된 본 발명의 방법에 따라 처리된 관 및 통상적으로 처리된 관의 온-라인 분해기 작동 시간의 플롯이다.
Claims (11)
- 열 분해 조건하에 코우크스 형성을 억제하는 특성을 갖는 처리된 관을 제공하기 위해, 열 분해 조건하에 작업하기 전에 오염 방지 조성물로 열 분해 로의 관을 처리하기 위한 방법으로서 : 환원 가스의 분위기하에 주석의 화합물, 규소의 화합물, 또는 이 화합물들의 배합물로 구성되는 상기 오염 방지 조성물로 상기 관을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환원 가스가 수소로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오염 방지 조성물이 상기 주석 화합물인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주석 화합물이 테트라부틸 주석인 방법.
- 제1∼4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본질적으로 상기 주석 화합물만이 오염 방지 물질로 쓰이는 방법.
- 제1∼4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원 가스의 상기 분위기에서 상기 오염 방지 조성물의 농도가 약 1∼10,000ppmw 범위내인 방법.
- 제1, 2, 3 또는 4항에 있어서, 접촉 단계가 약 1000∼1300°F 범위내의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 탄화수소 스트림을 열 분해 로의 관을 통해 통과시키므로써 생성된 분해된 가스 스트림내 존재하는 일산화탄소의 농도를 감소시키기 위한 방법으로서: 상기 열 분해 로의 상기 관을 황 화합물을 함유하는 수소 가스와 접촉시키므로써 상기 관을 처리하므로써 일산화탄소 생성을 억제하는 특성을 갖는 처리된 관을 제공하고; 적합한 분해 조건하에 상기 처리된 관을 유지하면서, 상기 처리된 관을 통해 상기 탄화수소 스트림을 연속적으로 통과시키므로써 상기 농도 미만의 감소된 일산화탄소 농도를 갖는 상기 분해된 가스 스트림을 생성하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 황 화합물이 디메틸설파이드인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수소 가스내 상기 황 화합물의 농도가 약 1~10,000 ppmw 범위내인 방법.
- 제8∼10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 감소된 농도의 일산화탄소가, 상기 분해된 가스 스트림내에 피이크 일산화탄소 농도가 상기 분해된 가스 스트림의 약3∼5중량%의 범위내이도록 존재하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
