Claims (9)

  1. 탄화수소 예열용 대류부와 예열된 탄화수소의 크래킹용 복사부를 갖는 관상 연소 퍼니스에서
    a) 개시 탄화수소 공급물을 대류부내에서 예열하고 ;
    b) 생성되는 예열된 개시 탄화수소 공급물과 희석 스팀을 혼합하여 혼합공급물을 형성하고 ;
    c) 혼합공급물을 냉각하고 ;
    d) 개시 탄화수소 공급물 전부를 함유하는 재가열하고;
    e) 개시 탄화수소 공급물 전부를 함유하는 재가열된 혼합공급물을 복사부에서 크래킹하는 것으로 되는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합 공급물이 물과의 직접 열교환에 의하여 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀 크래킹방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합공급물이 간접 열교환에 의하여 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합공급물이 탄화수소 냉각제와의 직접 열교환에 의하여 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 개시 탄화수소공급물이 대류부내에서 예열되어 예열된 개시 탄화수소공급물을 형성하고 탄화수소 냉각제는 개시 탄화수소공급물의 일부임을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 예열된 개시 탄화수소공급물은 표준적으로 기상 탄화수소이고 혼합공급물은 55-220℃로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 예열된 개시 탄화수소공급물은 초기 비등점이 25-120℃이고 끝점이 150-230℃인 표준적으로 액상 탄회수소이고 혼합공급물은 55-140℃로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서, 냉각된 혼합공급물은 565-705℃로 재가열됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법,
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 냉각된 혼합공급물은 540-650℃로 재가열됨을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 스팀크래킹 방법.
