Claims (22)

  1. 2차 전기에너지 축적장치용 전극으로서, 표면이나 부근이 골격방위를 가진 전기도전성 탄소성재질의 전극보디와, 전류집전기를 구비하고 있는 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질의 영율은 1,000,000psi(6.9GPa)이상이고 반복적인 전기층 방전시에 그 물리적 규격변동이 5%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  2. 제1항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질 어셈블리의 영율이 1,000,000 내지 55,000,000psi(6.9GPa 내지 380GPa)이고, 폴리아크리로니트릴 또는 피치로부터 선택한 예비재질에서 생성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  3. 제2항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질의 영율이 10,00,000 내지 55,000,000psi(69GPa 내지 380 GPa)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  4. 제2항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질의 영율이 20,000,000 내지 45,000,000psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중의 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질의 표면영역이 0.1 내지 50인 전극.
  6. 제5항의 전극에 있어서, 탄소성재질의 표면영역이 0.1 내지 10㎡/g인 전극.
  7. 제5항의 전극에 있어서, 탄소성재질의 표면영역이 0.1 내지 5㎡/g인 전극.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질의 어스팩트율(ℓ/d)또는 등가율이 100:1이상인 전극.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질의 자체구조가 2.54㎠ 내지 930㎠이상의 규격인 전극.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중의 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질이 직물, 필름, 지류 또는 펠트류 평면시트 또는 그 조립체 형태인 전극.
  11. 제1항 재지 9항중 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질이 1내지 10㎝길이의 인조섬유 또는 연속 필라멘트사의 조립체를 구비하고 있는 직물 또는 펠트류직물 또는 시트형태인 전극.
  12. 제1항 내지 9항중의 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질이 1내지 10㎝길이의 인조섬유 또는 연속 필라멘트사의 조립체로 된 편직 또는 니트직물인 전극.
  13. 제1항 내지 9항중 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질이 인조섬유 또는 연속 필라멘트사의 조립체로된 직물 또는 펠트류직물 또는 시트인 전극.
  14. 제1항 내지 13항중의 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 전자집전기는 상기 탄소성재질의 적어도 한 연부상에 재치된 전기도전성 금속인 전극.
  15. 제1항 내지 14항중의 어떤 한 항의 전극에 있어서, 상기 탄소성재질은 70%이상의 과방전상태로 100회 이상의 전기방전시 재질의 구조에 손상을 주지 않고도 70% 이상의 전량효율을 유지할 수 있는 것으로 된 전극.
  16. 2차 전기에너지 축적장치로서, 전기비도전성 내면과 습기 불투과성외면 또는 박막체를 가진 하우징과 상기 하우징에 배치된 적어도 한개의 전지를 구비하고 있고 각 전지는 서로 전기적으로 절연된 한쌍의 전도전성 전극을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 하우징에는 비수성전해액이 함유되어 있는 장치에 있어서 각 전지의 적어도 한 전극은 제1항 내지 15항에 청구된 바와같은 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전기에너지 축적장치.
  17. 제16항의 장치에 있어서, 전해액은 비도전성이고 화학적으로 안정한 비수성용매 및 용해되는 이온화염을 함유하고 있는 장치.
  18. 제16항 또는 제17항의 장치에 있어서 전해액 용매는 전기화학적으로 비반응상태로 탄소원자에 결합되는 산소, 유황 및 질소원자를 가진 복합물로부터 선택되며, 상기 염은 알카리금속인 장치.
  19. 제18항의 장치에 있어서, 전해액 용매는 프로필렌 카보네이트이고, 알칼리금속염을 리튬퍼클로레이트인 장치.
  20. 2차전기에너지 축적장치로서, 전기비도전성인 내면과 습기불투과성외면 또는 박막체를 가진 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 배치된 적어도 한개의 전지를 구비하고 있고, 각 전지는 서로 전기적으로 절연된 한쌍의 전기도전성 전극을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 하우징에는 비수성 전해액이 함유되어 있는 장치에 있어서, 각 전지의 각각의 전극은 제1항 내지 15항에 청구된 바와같은 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전기에너지 축적장치.
  21. 제20항의 장치에 있어서, 전지의 각 전극은 재충전시 극성의 선택이 자유롭고 손상없이 일부 또는 전부가 극성반전될 수 있는 장치.
  22. 제20항 또는 21항의 장치로서 완전충전시 40초의 펄스기간동안 활성탄소양극의 그람당 0.31와트 이상의 최대전력밀도를 가지는 장치.
