Claims (7)
- 반코마이신을 결정성 이인산 염으로 전환시키고, 용액으로부터 상기 염을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 수용액으로부터 반코마이신을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액중의 반코마이신의 농도가 약 250 내지 약 285mg/ml인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이수소 인산염을, 반코마이신을 함유하는 산 수용액에 가하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 이수소 인산염이 칼륨 이수소 인산염인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액의 pH가 2.0이하가 될때까지 인산을 반코마이신 수용액에 가하는 방법.
- 반코마이신 이인산염을 염화 수소원(source)과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 반코마이신 염산염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유용한 이온이 양자 및 염화물인 이온 교환수지가 염화 수소 원인방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
