Claims (11)
- L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트를 함유하는 용액을 필수적으로 1급 아민그룹, 2급 아민그룹, 3급 아민그룹 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 이온 교환그룹을 갖는 염기성 음이온 교환수지의 컬럼을 통과시키고, L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트를 광산 및 무기염의 수용액을 사용하여 용출시킴을 특징으로 하여, L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트를 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트를 함유하는 용액이, 비보호된 L-아스코르브산을 포스포러스 옥시할라이드로 에스테르화시켜 수득되는 용액인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 교환수지가 이온 교환용량을 기준으로하여 적어도, 용액중에 함유된 L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트의 당량과 동일한 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음이온 교환수지가 이온 교환용량을 기준으로 하여 용액중에 함유된 L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트의 당량의 약 3 내지 약 15배의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미반응 L-아스코르브산, L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트 및 부산물을, 상기 광산 또는 무기염의 수용액의 농도를 점차적으로 상승시킴으로써 연속적으로 용출시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 농도를 3단계로, 즉 L-아스코르브산을 유출시키기 위해 제1단계에서는 0.001 내지 0.1g당량/ℓ로, L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트를 유출시키기 위해 제2단계에서는 제1단계의 농도보다는 높은 0.03 내지 0.3g당량/ℓ로, 부산물을 유출시키기 위해 제3단계에서는 0.5 내지 2g당량/ℓ로 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광산 또는 무기염의 수용액이 묽은 황산, 또는 인산, 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨 염화칼슘, 염화마그네슘, 황산나트륨 또는 인산수소나트륨의 수용액 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 교환수지가 실질적으로 4급 암모늄염을 함유하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트를 함유하는 용출액을 추가로 중화 및 결정화시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중화단계는 L-아스코르브산 2-포스페이트와 염을 형성할 수 있는 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 화합물을 사용하여 수행하고, 상기 결정화 단계는 알콜을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물이 산화마그네슘, 탄산마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
