Claims (12)
- 아연이나 철표면에 보호코팅을 형성시키기에 유용한 조성물에 있어서, 그 조성비가 중량비로 아연 0.5 내지 5부, 인산 1내지 20부, 코발트 및 니켈로부터 선택된 첨가제 0.01 내지 0.5부와 유효량의 부식방지 촉진제로된 것을 특징으로하는 인산염화 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제는 니트로구아니딘, 설포-살리 실산이나 그 염 및 용해된 방향족 니트로 화합물로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 니트로구아니딘이 0.02 내지 1.5부 양으로 함유되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 니트로화합물로는 소디움니트로벤젠 설포네이트 또는 그 유리산을 0.2 내지 1.5부 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조성물은 기타의 음이온 또는 양이온을 함유하지 않는 것.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조성물은 폴리하이드록시 카복실산을 중량비로 1부 이하의 양만큼 함유하는 것.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조성물은 표면활성제, 유기용매 또는 표면활성제와 유기용매의 혼합물을 중량비로 20부 이하로 함유하는 것.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조성물은 그 조성비가 아연 1 내지 4부, 코발트와 니켈로부터 선택된 첨가제 0.05 내지 0.4부 인산 4 내지 15부, 표면활성제 0.05 내지 0.3부 및 용매 0 내지 20부로 된 것.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용매로서는 N-메틸-2-피로리돈을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 조성물은 물로 희석하여서 중량비로 100부가 되도록하여 만든 사용액형태인 것.
- 아연이나 철표면에 보호코팅을 형성시키기에 유용한 조성물로서, 그 구성비가 중량비로 아연 0.5내지 5부, 인산 1 내지 20부, 코발트 및 니켈로부터 선택된 첨가제 0.01 내지 0.5부와 유효량의 부식방지촉진제로된 것에다. 물을 희서시키되 중량비로 100부가 되도록 희석시켜서 사용액 형태로 만든 다음, 이 용액을 코팅시키고자하는 표면에 코팅시키므로서 아연이나 철표면에 보호코팅을 형성시키는 인삼염화조성물의 적용방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 조성물을 코팅시키는 적용표면이 외부스틸구조물의 전기도금된 것에다 적용시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
