제3도는 결함이 있는 축수의 검지를 위하여 각각 하나의 동선을 가지는 축수를 가지는 크랭크축의 개략도.

Claims (9)

  1. 윤활장소를 자체가 통과하고 있는 전기적 회로에 있는 양 부분은 전원과 그리고 외부 결선과 연결하며 윤활유막이 파열하는 경우에 감소되고 있는 회로저항이 신호방출로 이용되고 유활유막에 의하여 서로가 절연되어 있으며 서로가 상대적으로 움직이고 전기를 전도하는 상이한 재료로 이루어진 부분사이, 특히 자체가 회전하고 있는 축과 평축수사이의 접촉장소에서 윤활상태를 감시하는 방법에 있어서, 접촉장소에서 윤활유막의 파열시에 흐르는 마찰열에 의하여 나타나는 열기전력만이 혹은 축수장소의 상이한 재료사이의 여타의 이월장소에서의 열흐름으로 인하여 발생하는 또 다른 열기전력과 결합하여서 전원으로 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기회로는 낮은저항을 거쳐서 외부결선과 단락되어 있으며 이 저항의 저항치는 이전의 윤활장소에 존재하는 전기적 이월저항보다도 대단히 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 회로의 외부 결선의 전기적 저항에서 전압구배를 끊임없이 측정하고 소정의 한계치이상으로 올라갈때는 경보신호 및 또는 제어신호가 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 잠시동안 나타나는 전압정점으로 인한 한계치를 넘어서는 경우에는 진폭의 증가하는 경향과 함께 소정의 시간적인 빈도가 나타날때까지 경보방출이 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 하나의 공통적인 구성단위에 혹은 분리하여 배치된 다수의 윤활장소를 동시에 감시하는 제1항 내지 4항중 한항에 있어서, 회로는 각각의 윤활장소를 거치는 병렬접속된 다수의 지선을 가지고 있으며 경보신호를 발송하고 있는 축수는 각각의 축수온도의 측정과 비교를 통하여 확인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 의한 감시방법을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 윤활장소(5)의 정지하고 있는축수부분(3,4)과 윤활장소로부터 떨어져 놓여있는 케이싱(7)내지 축수몸체 사이에는 각각 전압구배의 측정을 위한 전기저항을 가지거나 혹은 전압측정기(17)를 가지고 있으며 축수부분의 재료에 비하여 상이한 재료로 된 특히 동으로된 선(16)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 한항에 의해 윤활장소를 감시하는 장치에 있어서, 전기회로(8)는 전기를 전도하는 계단바퀴(18)를 거쳐서 연결되고 있으며 이 계단바퀴의 큰 바퀴단계(19)가 축(1)의 주위를 돌며 작은 바퀴단계(20)에는 회로의 외부결선(9)에 연결된 미끄럼 접촉자(21)가 접해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 한항에 있어서, 전기회로(8)에는 회로내의 분극과는 무관하게 강한 신호를 발송하는 증폭기(14)가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 한항에 있어서, 리레이의 낮은 저항의 릴이 회로(8)의 외부결선(9)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
