제1도는 본 발명의 기술에 따라 만들어진 변압기가 일부는 절개되고 일부는 1점 쇄선으로 도시된 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 변압기에 사용되는, 본 발명의 원리에 따라 만들어진 펌프의 단면도.
제3도는 제2도의 펌프에 쓰이는 전기적으로 비전도성인 베어링의 확대 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 베어링의 마모가 검출되었을때 펌프의 전력공급을 끊는데 사용되는 회로의 개략도.
Claims (1)
- 전기 전도성 재료로된 공통 샤프트를 가지며 펌프를 통과하는 액체의 일부가 전기 모우처를 냉각시킬수 있도록 액체통로를 포함하고 있는 하우징내에 배치되는 펌프 및 전기 모우터와 전기적으오 비 전도성 재료로 구성되며 샤프트를 방사상과 축방향으로 각각 지지하기 위해 적어도 제1 및 제2의 저어널 베어링 표면을 가지는 베어링 장치와 상기 제1 및 제2의 베어링 표면에 제각기 고정되게 배치되며 그 베어링 표면밑에 미리 설정된 마모 칫수만큼 홈이 파져있는 적어도 제1 및 제2의 도전성 환상부분과, 베어링장치의 마모가 상기 미리 설정된 마모칫수를 바로 넘을 때를 검출하여 도전성 샤프트가 제1 및 제2의 도전성 환상부분과 선택적으로 접속되게 하고 상기 제1 및 제2환상부분으로의 결선을 포함하며 경보 혹을 트립핑하기 위하여 사용되는 전기 검출회로장치로 구성되며, 오염입자가 모우터-펌프장치에 의해순환액체속으로 이동하는것을 극소화시키는 장치를 포함하고 있는 액체 냉각식 전기장치내에서 액체를 순환시키는, 보호된 모우터-펌프장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
