제1도는 세라믹 섬유에서의 산화크롬 함유량과 물라이트 결정의 생성과의 관계를 표시한 X선회절분석결과를 표시한 도, 제2도는 세라믹섬유의 처리온도와 물라이트 결정의 생성과의 관계를 표시한 X선회절분석결과를 표시한 도, 제3도는 본 발명처리후의 섬유의 엣칭후의 전자현미경에 의한 일만배 확대사진도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. Al2O335∼65중량%, SiO230∼60중량%, Cr2O31.5∼4중량%, 탄소 0.01∼0.1중량%, 기타 불순물으로 구성된 원료를 전기로로서 용융하고, 블로잉 또는 스피닝 법 등에 의해서 섬유화한 비정질섬유를 상온에서 950∼1150℃의 온도까지 단시간으로 승온하고, 수분에서 십수분정도 유지한 후, 상온까지 급속히 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Al2O3∼Si2O3계 세라믹 섬유의 제조방법.
