Claims (2)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 화합물과 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 화합물을 반응 시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 1,3-티아졸 유도체 또는 그의 염의 제조방법.
    [식중, R1은 임의로 치환된 알킬기, 알케 닐기, 아릴기, 아랄킬기, 시클로알킬기, 결합손으로서 탄소를 갖는 헤테로고리기 또는 아미노기를 나타내고, R2는 알킬기로 치환될 수 있는 피리딜기를 나타 내고, R3는 임의로 치환된 아릴기를 나타낸다.
    [식중, R2및 R3는 상기에 정의한 것과 같고, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.]

  2. 유효 성분으로서, 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염의 효과적인 양과 제약에 수용할 수 있는 담체를 함유 함을 특징으로하는 진통, 해열, 소염 및 항궤양 제약 조성물.
