Claims (2)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 에탄온 옥심 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 산부가염 :
    상기식에서, R1은 시클로아킬기, 아릴기, 아르알킬기, 아릴옥시기, 아르알킬옥시기, 아릴티오기, 아릴술포닐기(이들기는 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기 및 할로겐원자로부터 선택된 치환체에 의해 임으로 치환됨), 피페리니도기, 페네라지노기, 4-알킬치환 피페라지노기, 이미다졸기, 4-알킬치환 이미다졸이기 또는 치환된 아미노기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기이고, 그리고 R3는 피페리디노기, 피페라지노기 또는 4-알킬 치환된 피페라지노기이고, 또는 R1및 R2는 서로 결합된 페닐기와 함께 페노티아진-2-일기, N-아세틸-페노티아진-2-일기, 티안트렌-2-일기, 디벤조티오펜-3-일기, 디벤조푸란-3-일기 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    이고, 상기식에서, R4는 수소원자 또는 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이다.
  2. 주성분으로 하기 일반식(I)의 에탄온 옥심 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 그의 산부가염을 포함하는 항궤양 작용을 갖는 의약 조성물 :
    상기식에서, R1은 시클로아킬기, 아릴기, 아르알킬기, 아릴옥시기, 아르알킬옥시기, 아릴티오기, 아릴술포닐기(이들 기는 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기 및 할로겐원자로부터 선택된 치환체에 의해 임으로 치환됨), 피페리니도기, 피페라지노기, 4-알킬치환 피페라지노기, 아미다졸기, 4-알킬치환 이미다졸이기 또는 치환된 아미노기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기이고, 그리고 R3는 피페리디노기, 피페라지노기 또는 4-알킬 치환된 피페라지노기이고, 또는 R1및 R2는 서로 결합된 페닐기와 함께 페노티아진-2-일기, N-아세틸-페노티아진-2-일기, 티안트렌-2-일기, 디벤조티오펜-3-일기, 디벤조푸란-3-일기 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    이고, 상기식에서, R4는 수소원자 또는 1 내지 3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이다.
