Claims (10)

  1. 할로겐 및/또는 산 성분을 함유하고/하거나, 할로겐 및/또는 산성분을 함유하는 첨가제가 혼합된 중합체 물질을 가공함에 있어서, 상기 가공동안 생성된 모든 할로겐화수소 또는 기타 산이 효과적 중화되도록, 가공하는 동안, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 조성물을 충분한 양으로 중합체 물질에 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는, 상기 중합체 물질의 가공방법.
    AW aBX b(OH)yCZ C(Ⅰ)
    상기식에서, A 및 B는 각각 a 및 b의 원자가를 가지는 하나 이상의 금속이고; a는 1 또는 2이고; b는 2 또는 3이고; w,x 및 y는 양수 또는 분수(여기서, y는 ＞2이며, x/w의 비는1이다)이고; z는 0 내지이고,; C는 c의 원자가를 가지는 하나 이상의 음이온이고; c는 1,2 또는 3이다.
  2. 할로겐 및/또는 산 성분을 함유하고/하거나, 할로겐 및/또는 산성분을 함유하는 첨가제가 혼합된 중합체 물질 가공시 생성된 모든 할로겐화 수소 또는 기타 산을 효과적으로 중화시키기 위해, 상기 중합체 가공동안 상기 중합체 물질에 첨가되는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 스캐빈저(scavenger) 조성물.

    상기식에서, A 및 B는 각각 a 및 b의 원자가를 가지는 하나 이상의 금속이고; a는 1 또는 2이고; b는 2 또는 3이고; w,x 및 y는 양수 또는 분수(여기서, y는 ＞2이며, x/w의 비는1이다)이고; z는 0 내지이고,; C는 c의 원자가를 가지는 하나 이상의 음이온[예를들면, CO3 -2,HCO3 -, PO4 -3,HPO4 -2,H2PO4 -,SO4 -2,HSO4 -,S-2,HS-,SO3 -2,S2O5 -2,S2O4 -2,S2O2 -2,S2 -2,CN-,C2 -2,I3 -,HPO3 -2,H2P2O5 -2,NH2 -,NH2 -,NHOH-,N2H3 -,N02 -,ClO2 -,ClO-,O-2,F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,RCO2 -및 R(COO)2 -2(여기서 R은 알킬 또는 아릴잔기이다.)]이고; c는 1,2 또는 3이다.

  5. 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 조성물을 계면활성제로 피복시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 조성물의 양이 수지 100중량부당 0.5중량부 미만인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 조성물이 5μm이하의 평균 2차 입자크기를 가지는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐 성분-함유 첨가제가 브롬화 방염제인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 열에 의해 방출될 수 있는 할로겐을 함유한 중합체가 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리비닐리덴디클로라이드, 및 염소화된 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 언급된 x/w의 비가 ＞1인 방법.
