Claims (9)
- 중합체중에 잔조하고 가공에 앞서 탈활성화시키는 것이 바람직한 촉매를 사용하는 중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 반응혼합물을 반응기시스템으로부터 제거하기 전에 또는 (b) 반응 혼합물을 반응기 시스템으로부터 제거한 후, 그러나 반응 혼합물로부터 생성중합체를 분리시키기전에, 목적한 반응의 마지막에, 조성물속에 함유된 원소, 기, 및 원소와 기의 비율이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시된 조성물을 충분량 반응 혼합물에 주입시켜 상기 중합 공정의 촉매를 효과적으로 탈활성화시키고, 상기 촉매가 산이거나 탈활성화 공정에서 산이 생성되면 그 산을 촉매 탈활성화제로 효과적으로 중화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.AX aB1-x b(OH)yCZ CㆍnH2O (Ⅰ)상기 일반식에서, A 및 B는 각각 1 혹은 2 및 2 혹은 3의 원자가를 하나이상의 금속원소이고, z는 0 내지 (ax+b(1-x-y)/c이며, x는 >0 내지 <1의 수치이고, y는 > 2내지 약 ax+b(1-x-)-cz의 수치이며, n은 0 내지 약 1의 수치이며, C는 예를 들어, CO3 =,HCO3 -, PO4 -3,HPO4 =,SO4 =,HSO4 -,S=,HS-,SO3 -2,S2O5 -2, S2O4 -2,S2O2 -2,S2 -2,CN-,C2 -2,I3 -,HPO3 -2,H2P2O5 2-,NH2-,NH2 -,NHOH-,N2H3 -,NO2 -,ClO2 -,C1O-O-2,F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,RCO2 -, 및 R(COO)2 -2,(여기서 R은 알킬 혹은 아릴 잔기이다)와 같은 1,2 또는 3의 이온가를 갖는 음이온이다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 혹은 에틸렌과 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가지는 하나 이상의 α-올레핀의 혼합물을 중합시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 에틸렌 혹은 에틸렌과 부텐-1, 헥센-1 혹은 옥텐-1중의 적어도 하나와의 혼합물을 중합시키고 촉매가 티타늄을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 50℃ 내지 300℃이고 압력이 150psig(1034KPa) 내지 5000psig(34.5MPa)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 x가 0보다 크고 0.5미만이며 y가 2보다 큰 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
