Claims (20)
- 인과 바나듐의 비율이 1:1 내지 2:1이며, 바나듐과 인의 혼합산화물로 이루어진 미세형태의 촉매 전구체와 산을 접촉시킨 다음 산-처리입자를 건조시키는 전처리 단계를 거친, 바나듐과 인의 혼합산화물로 이루어진 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세 촉매 전구체의 평균 입자크기가 10마이크론 이하인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산이 인산인 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체를 산으로 처리하기전에 최소한 일부를 하소시켜 결합수를 제거하고 바나듐을 5가의 상태로 부분산화시킨 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 미세형태의 미하소촉매 전구체를 산처리시킨 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산처리시킨 미세형태의 촉매 전구체가 하소 촉매전구체와 미하소 촉매전구체의 비율이 10:1 내지 1:10인 하소 및 미하소 촉매전구체의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무수촉매의 평균 입자크기가 최소한 40마이크론인 촉매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 무수촉매가 미세구형이며 평균 입자크기가 40 내지 200마이크론인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산처리시킨 미세형태의 촉매 전구체가 하소촉매전구체와 미하소 촉매전구체의 비율이 10:1 내지 1:10인 하소 및 미하소 촉매 전구체의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제9항에 있어서, 무수촉매의 평균 입자크기가 40마이크론인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 미세구형의 형태이며, 유동층에 사용하기에 적절한 내마모성을 지닌 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인과 바니듐의 비율이 1:1 내지 1.3:1인 촉매.
- 인과 바니듐의 비율이 1:1 내지 2:1인, 바나듐과 인의 혼합 산화물로 이루어진 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 바나듐과 인의 혼합산화물로 이루어진 미세형태의 촉매전구체를 산으로 처리한 다음, 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 미세 촉매 전구체의 평균 입자크기가 10마이크론 이하인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 산이 최소한 한 종류의 인산인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 산처리시킨 미세형태의 촉매 전구체가 하소 촉매전구체와 미하소 촉매전구체의 비율이 10:1 내지 1:10인 하소 및 미하소 촉매전구체의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제16항에 있어서, 산으로 처리한 촉매 전구체를 건조시켜 입자크기가 최소한 40마이크론인 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 산으로 처리한 촉매 전구체를 분부-건조시켜 평균 입자크기가 40 내지 200마이크론인 미세구형 촉매입자를 제조하는 방법.
- 바나듐과 인의 혼합 산화물로 이루어진 미하소 촉매전구체를 하소시켜 결합 수를 제거하여 바나듐을 5가의 상태로 부분산화시키고; 평균 입자크기가 10마이크론 이하이며, 미세형태인, 미하소 촉매 전구체 및 하소 촉매 전구체의 혼합물을 제조하고; 상기혼합물을 최소한 한 종류의 인산으로 처리하고; 산으로 처리된 혼합물을 건조시켜 평균입자크기가 최소한 40 마이크론인 무수촉매를 제조한 다음; 상기 무수촉매를 하소시킴을 특징으로 하는, 유동층에 사용하기에 적절한 바나듐과 인의 혼합산화물로 이루어진 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 인산으로 처리된 하소 및 미하소 촉매 전구체 혼합물내 하소 촉매 전구체와 미하소 촉매 전구체의 비율이 1:10 내지 10:1인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
