Claims (2)

  1. 형상기억합금에 대항바이어스하중을 결합해서 2방향동작의 구성으로 하고, 사용온도범위에서의 온도-변위관계에 있어서, 가열시에 있어서의 형상복원의 제1과정으로 부터 제2의 과정으로의 천이점이 대응하는 형상기억합금의 전단변형량이, 냉각시의 대항바이어스 하중에 의한 강제변형과정의 종점에 대응하는 형상기억합금의 전단변형량보다 작은 값으로 하고, 동시에 그들 전단변형량의 차를 형상기억합금의 동작변형범위로서 규제한 열 감응장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 형상기억합금이 NiTi합금코일스프링이며, 그 형상기억처리온도가 425℃ 이상 500℃ 이하인 열 감응장치.
