- 형상기억합금으로 이루어진 선재를 밀착되도록 감아 코일 스프링을 형성하는 단계;상기 코일 스프링을 600∼1200 ℃에서 용체화 처리 후 급냉하는 단계;외부 응력을 가하여 상기 코일 스프링을 팽창시킨 상태에서 350∼600 ℃에서 시효 처리를 하여 특정 방위로 배향된 석출물을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이 방향 형상기억효과를 갖는 코일 스프링의 제조 방법.
