Claims (2)
- TiNi형상기억 합금(1)(8)(13)에 대향바이어스 하중(2)(10)(14)을 결합하여 형상기억합금이 냉각시에는 대향 바이어스 하중의 작용력에 의해서 변형되고, 가열시에는 형상기억 합금의 기억효과에 의해서 냉각시와 반대방향으로 변형되는 2방향 동작의 구성으로 하고 2방향동작의 동작범위를 규제한 열감응장치에 있어서, 동작범위를 규제하지 않는 상태에서의 형상기억 합금의 온도와 변위의 관계가 냉각시에는 제1의 형상변화(제4도의 C)와 제2의 형상변화(제4도의 B점 보다 전단변형 r가 큰 변형)를 하고, 가열시에는 제1의 형상 복원과정(제4도의 a)과 제2의 형상복원 과정(제4도의 b)을 하지만 상기 동작범위의 규제를 냉각시의 제1의 형상변화(제4도의 C)와 가열시의 제1의 형상복원과정(제4도의 a)이 다같이 포함되는 전단번형의 범위, 즉 냉각시의 제1의 형상변화의 종점(제4도의 B)과 가열시의 제1의 형상복원 과정의 종점(제4도의 A)과의 사이의 범위로 한 열감응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형상기억합금이 NiTi합금코일스프링이며, 그 형상기억처리온도가 425℃이상 500℃이하인 열감응장치.
