Abstract

PURPOSE: To make accurate the unit by providing one end of tha link shaft in slide free upward the load spring and always pressing the other end in the tilted arm so that the control accuracy of pressure can be increasee by order of one digit.
CONSTITUTION: At the upward of the load spring 4, since the link shaft 5 is always pressed at the middle of the tilted arm 6, the part having the backlash such as spline coupling can be avoided. Further, at the drive bolt 9, the backlash can be reduced with the said pressing and it is pressed about the middle of the tilted arm 6 even being left, then the effect on the link shaft 5 can be reduced with the principle of canti-lever and it becomes every slight. Thus, the regulation accuracy of the gas pressure of the pressure regulator 1 can be increase and the accuracy of about 0.1 atm. can be improved to 0.02atm. or so.
