제1도는 실시예 5에서 구하여진 용리(熔離)곡선도이다.
Claims (11)
- 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜메타크릴레이트 단독 또는 50중량% 이상의 상기 단량체와 잔부가 적어도 1종의 다른 단량체로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을, 실질적으로 에틸렌계 불포화카르본산 또는 그 염으로 이루어진 단량체 단위와 에틸렌계 불포화 술폰산 또는 그 염으로 이루어진 단량체단위와를 결합 함유하는 수용성 중합체 및 유용성래디칼 중합개시제의 존재하, pH 2 내지 9에서 또한 교반속도 50 내지 500r,p,m의 조건하에서 수계 현탁중합하는 것을 특징으로 한 구상 중합체의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체에 대하여 5중량%이상의 수용성 중합체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로한 구상중합체의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합도 500 내지 2000 또한 비누화도 85 내지 95%의 폴리비닐알코올을 존재시키는 것을 특징으로한 구상중합체의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 80℃ 이하의 온도조건하에서 중합하는 것을 특징으르 한 구상중합체의 제조법.
- 글리시 딜아클리레이트 또는 글리시딜메타클리레이트 단독 또는 50중량% 이상의 상기 단량체와 잔부가 적어도 1종의 다른 단량으로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 이루어지고 또한 에폭시기의 개환에 의한 수산기가 도입되어 있고, 그리고 겔수분율이 30%이상이며 또한 용제불용성인 비이드상 폴리머.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리머의 입자경이 10μ이상인 것을 특징으로한 비이드상 폴리머.
- 글리시딜아클리레이트 또는 글리시딜메타클리레이트 단독 또는 50중량% 이상의 상기 단량체와 잔부가 적어도 1종의 다른 단량체로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을, 실질적으로 에틸렌계 불포화 카르본산 또는 그 염으로 이루어진 단량체 단위와 에틸렌계 불포화 술폰산 또는 그 염으로 이루어진 단량체 단위와를 결합유함유하는 수용성 중합제 및 유용성 래디칼중합개시제의 존재하, pH 2 내지 9에서 또한 교반속도 50 내지 500r,p,m의 조건하에서 수계현탁중합한후, pH3 이하에서 또한 온도 70℃이상의 조건하에서 열처리한 것을 특징으로 한 비이드상 폴리머의 제조법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단량체에 대하여 5중량% 이상의 수용성 중합체를 사용한 것을 특징으로 한 비이즈 상 폴리머의 제조법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중합계에 중합도 500 내지 2000 또한 비누화도 85 내지 95%의 폴리비닐알코올을 존재시키는 것을 특징으로 한 비이드상 폴리머 제조법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 80℃ 이하의 온도조건하에서 중합하는 것을 특징으로 한 비이드상 폴리머 제조법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 5시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 한 비이드상 폴리머 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
