Claims (1)
- 높은 공극율을 가진 구형입자의 중합체를 만드는 공정에 있어서 단량체에 가용성인 자유 라디칼 제공촉매를 포함한 수용성 매체에 분리된 액정형태로 종말 CH2=C< 기를 갖는 중합되는 하나 이상의 에틸렌 불포화 단량체, 중화되지 않고 물에 불 불용이며 종말불포화된 중합 가능한 기를 다수 갖는 고도의 불포화 교차결합의 단량체와 교차 결합된 하나 이상의 카르복실산 단량체의 중합체로 구성된 분산제, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페놀과 폴리옥시에틸렌 알콜, 폴리옥시에틸렌 지방산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아민, 폴리에틸렌 알킬아미드로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 물에 가용성인 비이온성 표면활성제로 이루어진 반응 매체내에서 0°-150℃에서 중합반응이 일어나며 전중합반응동안 고도로 교반되면서 직경이 30미크론에서 1000미크론 범위인 구형의 다공성 중합체를 제조하며 반응기 표면에 중합체의 축적이 감소되는 특징이 있는 구형, 다공성의 비닐수지 입자 제조공정.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
