활상형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물 및 그의 제조법

Claims (13)

  1. 유기용매의 약간 용해되는 부형제를 함유하는 내층 주위에 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 부형제 및 활성형 비타민 D3류를 함유하는 외층을 형성시킴으로써 제조된 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매에 쉽게 용해되는 상술한 부형제의 양이 활성형 비타민 D3류의 중량의 300~100,000배임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 상술한 부형제가 폴리비닐 피룰리돈, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 에틸 셀룰로오즈,히드록시프로필 셀룰로오즈, 히드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오즈, 디옥시콜산 또는 콜레스테를임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고정 제제용 조성물.
  4. 제1-3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 유기용매에 약간 용해되는 상술한 부형제가 결정성 셀룰로오즈, 녹말카제인, 시콜로덱스트린, 락토오즈, 히드록시프로필 녹말, 덱트린 또는 젤라틴임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  5. 제1-4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 유기용매에 약간 용해되는 상술한 부형제의 양이 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 부형제의 중량의 1-5,000,000배임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  6. 제1-5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상술한 활성형 비타민 D3류가 11α-히드록시 비타민 D3류, 24-또는 25-히드록시 비타민 D3류, 24-옥소 비타민D3류, 또는 비타민 D3,-26,23-락톤류임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  7. 먼저 활성형 비타민 D3류 및 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 부형제를 유기용매에 용해시키고, 그 용액에 유기용매에 약간 용해되는 부형제를 가하고 교반시키며 혼합하고, 그런 후 용액으로부터 유기용매를 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성법의 제조법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 상술한 유기용매가 알코올성 용매류, 할로겐화 탄화수소 용매류, 또는 에테르성 용매류임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물의 제조법.
  9. 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 메틸 셀룰로오즈, 에틸 셀룰로오즈, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오즈 및 히드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오즈로 구성된 기(Group)로부터 선택된 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 부형제 및 활성형 비타민D3류를 함유하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 상술한 부형제의 양이 활성형 비타민 D3류의 중량의 300~1,000,000배임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항 있어서, 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 상술한 부형제가 폴리비닐 피룰리돈임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민 D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물.
  12. 먼저 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 메틸 셀룰로오즈, 에틸 셀룰로오즈, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오즈 및 히드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오즈로 구성된 기(Group)로부터 선택된 유기용매에 쉽게 용해되는 부형제 및 활성형 비타민 D3류를 유기용매에 용해시키고, 그리고 용액으로부터 유기용매를 제거시킴을 특징으로 활성형 비타민D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물의 제조법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상술한 유기용매가 알코올성 용매류, 할로겐화 탄화수소 용매류, 또는 에테르성 용매류임을 특징으로 하는 활성형 비타민D3류의 고형 제제용 조성물의 제조법.
