Abstract

New antiinflammatory, antirheumatic medicament comprises 1 alpha-hydroxy-cholescalciferol (I). (I) are used in antiinflammatory, antirheumatic compsns. comprising (I) in compatible diluent(s) or adjuvant(s), pref. in amt. permitting oral admin. of 0.5-3 ug/day of (I). Pref. liq. compsns. for oral admin. are solns. in alcohol or oils, presented in sealed ampoules. Storage is pref. at 10 degrees C. (I) is known and has been used in treatment of osteoporosis in old people.
