로울의 표면상태 개량방법

도면은 산소 분사 방법을 사용하여 본 발명에 따른 로울(roll)의 표면 상태 개량 방법을 실시하는 방법을 도식적으로 도시한 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 로울 표면 상에서 나선형 경로를 나타내는 거의 연속적인 집속 미립자 비임에 의해 로울 표면을 처리하는 수단 및 상기 나선형 경로의 피치와 로울 표면상의 상기 비임의 경로의 폭 사이의 비가 최대가 1인 한계값 이하로 유지되도록 상기 비임의 집속과 상기 로울의 상대 회전 속도 및 상기 비임의 전이 속도를 조절하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울의 표면 상태 개량 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비의 한계값이 0.85인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 바람직한 조도를 형성하도록 집속 비임의 전력 및 로울의 회전 속도를 조정하는 수단 및 상기 나선형 경로의 피치가 한계값 이하인 상기 비의 값으로 유도되게 하는 방법으로 로울의 회전속도의 함수로 비임의 전이 속도를 조정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개스를 동작 범위내에 분사 주입시키는 수단 및 결정된 크기의 조도가 확실하도록 상기 나선형 경로의 피치의 임계값을 변형시키기 위해 개스 분사의 파라메터, 즉 방향, 속도, 압력 및 유속 중의 최소한 1개의 파라메터를 변화시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 개스 분사 파라메터 중의 최소한 1개의 파라메터가 변조 또는 펄스화 방법으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 개스가 산소로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
