Claims (7)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 폴리프레닐 카르복시산 또는 그의 유도체를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시켜 이 카르복시산 또는 그 유도체를 아민화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 제조방법상기 식에서, A, B, Y 및 Z는 각기 수소이거나, 또는 A, B 및/또는 Y, Z는 그들이 부착되어 있는 탄소원자간에 서로 2중결합을 형성하는 직접원자가 결합을 표시하고 ; n는 0 또는 1내지 4의 정수이고 ; R은이고 ; X는 할로겐원자이고 ; m,q,ω 및 y는 각각 1내지 5의 정수이고 ; p,t,μ,υ 및 x는 각각 0내지 5의 정수이고, r과 s는 2 또는 3이고 ; k와 I은 같거나 다르고, 각각 1내지 5의 정수이고 ; R1,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R11,R12,R16,R17, 및 R18은 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이고 ; R8,R9,R10,R13,R14및 R15는 각각 저급알킬이고 ; R2는 수소, 저급알킬 또는 아릴이다.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 일반식(Ⅲa)내지 (Ⅲi) 중의 어느 한 아민화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ″)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서 A,B,Y 및 Z의 정의는 제1항에서와 같고 ; n은 1내지 3의 정수이며 ; X는중의 어느 한 기이며 ; a,b,c,d,e,f는 1내지 5의 정수이고 R30,R31,R32,R33,R34는 각각 저급 알킬기이고 ; R35,R36,R37,R38은 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬기이다.
- 일반식(Ⅳ)의 폴리프레닐 화합물을 일반식(Ⅴ)의 카르복시산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ″)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서 A,B,Y, 및 Z의 정의는 제1항에서와 같고 ; n은 1내지 3의 정수이며 ; g는 1내지 5의 정수이고 ; R39와 R40은 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬기이다.
- 일반식(Ⅵ)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 할로겐화합물을 일반식(Ⅶ)의 아민화합물과 반응시켜 탈할로겐화함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ″)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서 A, B, Y 및 Z의 정의는 제1항에서와 같고 ; n은 1내지 3의 정수이며 ; h는 1내지 5의 정수이고 ; Hal은 할로겐원자이고 ; R41과 R42는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬기이다.
- 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 염화티오닐, 취화티오닐 또는 불화티오닐과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅸ)의 산 할로겐합물을 얻고 이를 일반식(Ⅹ)의 아민화합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ″)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서 A, B, Y 및 Z의 정의는 제1항에서와 같고 ; n은 1내지 3의 정수이고 ; Hal은 할로겐원자이고 ; R21은 수소, 저급알킬 또는 할로겐원자이고 ; R22는중의 어느 한 기이며 ; m,k,l,g,i는 각각 1내지 5의 정수이고 ; p는 0내지 5의 정수이고 ; R23,R24,R25는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이고 ; R26,R27,R28,R29는 각각 저급알킬이다.
- 일반식(XI)의 폴리프레닐 화합물을 염화티오닐, 취화티오닐 또는 불화티오닐과 반응시켜 일반식(XII)의 산할로겐화물을 얻고 이어 이 산화합물을 일반식(Ⅹ)의 아민화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ″)의 폴리프레닐 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서 A, B, Y 및 Z는 제1항의 정의와 같고 ; n은 1내지 3의 정수이고 ; Hal은 할로겐원자이고 ; K와 L은 모두 수소이거나 그들이 부착되어 있는 탄소원자간의 직접원자가 결합을 표시하고 ; R22는 제5항에서의 정의와 같다.
- 각 일반식(XIV), (XV), (XVI)의 폴리프레닐 화합물을 염화티오닐, 취화티오닐 또는 불화티오닐과 반응시켜 각 폴리프레닐 화합물의 산할로겐화물을 얻고 이를 일반식(Ⅹ)의 아민화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 각 일반식(Ⅰ″a), (Ⅰ″b), (Ⅰ″c)의 프레닐 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 A, B, Y 및 Z는 제1항에서의 정의와 같고 ; n은 1내지 3의 정수이고 ; R22는 제5항에서의 정의와 같다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
