Claims (5)

  1. 복수의 인자소자와, 각각의 인자소자에 대응하여 설치되며, 이 인자소자를 동작시키는 복수의 자성부재와, 이 자성부재의 일단에 고정된 복수의 탄성부재와, 이 자성부재를 흡인하는 제1의 자석과 이 제1의 자석에 의한 흡인력을 캔슬하여 상기 자성부재를 구동하는 복수의 제1의 전자석과, 상기 자성부재의 일단이 접촉되어서 회동지점이 형성되는 투자성부재로 이루어진 내마모층으로 구성된 인자헤드.
  2. 내마모층은 니캘을 주성분으로 한 도금에 의해서 형성된 경화층인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 인자헤드.
  3. 내마모층은 경화처리가 실시된 투자성시이트로 구성된 특허청구의 범위 1기자의 인자헤드.
  4. 내마모층은 아몰파스를 포함하는 시이트로 구성된 특허청구 범위 1기자의 인자헤드.
  5. 제1의 자석상에 탑재되며, 이 제1의 자석에 의해서 형성되는 자극면에 상기 내마모층이 설치되는 요우크를 갖는 특허청구의 범위 1 내지 4의 어딘가에 기재된 인자헤드.
