Claims (7)
- 길이가 긴 원통형 튜우브의 정밀하게 측정된 지역을 팽창성형하는 튜우브 팽창장치에 있어서, 크기와 동일하게 형성된 팽창챔버(14)와 내경이 튜우브(1)의 초기외경과 동일하며 튜우브(1)를 조절하도록 다이(5)에 연장되어 있는 두개의 원통형 베어링 표면(12),(13)를 갖는 양단부가 개구인 분해가능한 튜우브다이와, 맨드럴(17)과 튜우브사이의 환형공간(20)에 연결되어 유체를 주입시키는 하나의 단부를 갖는 내부도관(18)과 맨드럴(17)과 튜우브사이의 환형공간(20)을 한정하고 양측의 팽창챔버(14)를 다이(5)의 원통형 베어링 표면내측에 존재시키기 위해 튜우브와 봉합작용을 하는 공간지점에 설치된 토릭시일(23),(24)을 갖는 튜우브(1)의 다이수용부내에 수용된 맨드럴(17) 즉 환형공간(20)의 양측에 위치하고, 하기하는 홈(21)의 최대깊이보다 크며, 압축에 의해 토릭시일(23)을 외측으로 이동시켜 맨드럴과 튜우브 사이의 압축을 증가시켜 환형공간(20)을 증가시키는 토릭시일(23),(24)을 함유하며, 홈내에 수용된 토릭시일(23),(24)보다 횡폭이 크고, 환형공간(20)의 내측과 외측사이를 횡방향으로 연결시키며 상기 환형공간(20)의 내측에서의 최대깊이에서 외측에서의 최소깊이까지 변화하는 환형홈(21),(22)을 구성하는 맨드럴을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이(5)의 두 베어링표면(12),(13)이 팽창시킬 튜우브의 표면에 대해 다른 마찰계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기한 각 홈(21)이 최소한 하나이상의 토릭시일(23)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 튜우브(1)의 표면에 대해 마찰계수를 가지는 물질로 제조된 인서어트(39)에 의하여 형성된 다이의 베어링표면(12)가 다른 베어링표면(13)의 마찰계수와 다른것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창장치.
- 길이가 긴 원통형 튜우브의 정밀하게 측정된 지역을 팽창성형하는 튜우브 팽창공정에 있어서, 팽창지역과 튜우브의 단부사이의 간격을 정밀하게 조정하여 팽창작업중 일정하게 유지시킬 때 즉 다이(5)에 팽창챔버(14)와 이것의 양측에 튜우브에 대해 마찰계수가 다른 두개의 원통형 베어링표면(12),(13)을 제공하고, 상기 다이(5)를 튜우브(1)의 단부(33)쪽으로 배치된 마찰계수가 큰 베어링표면(12)이 팽창작업중 일정한 거리를 유지하도록 튜우브성형에 적당하게 위치시켜, 상기 다이(5)내의 튜우브(1)의 내부에 맨드럴(17)을 주입시키고, 팽창챔버(14)의 양측의 다이(5)의 원통형 베어링표면(12),(13)상에 배치된 토릭시일(23),(24)에 의하여 맨드럴(17)과 튜우브(1) 사이의 환형공간(20)을 제한시키고, 상기 환형공간(20)에 맨드럴(17)을 통하여 유압유를 주입시켜, 튜우브(1) 팽창챔버(14)의 벽에 팽창지역을 형성할때까지 유압유를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 팽창작업전에 다이(5)의 단부면(34)와 튜우브(1)의 단부 사이의 거리 L1이 다이(5)의 단부면(34)과 다이(5)의 팽창챔버(14)에의 연결지역(15)의 개시부(35)사이의 거리 L2에 따라 다음식 L=L1+L2에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창공정. 단 L은 튜우브의 단부(33)와 팽창작업동안 일정하게 유지되는 튜우브(1)의 팽창지역의 개시부(3) 사이의 거리임.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 제어용 단내튜우브 또는 핵발전기용 슈트다운 바아(shutdown bars)를 제조하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜우브 팽창공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
