Claims (8)

  1. 방사정 핵부품들의 표면으로부터 방사능으로 오염된 금속산화물의 얇은층을 제거함으로 그 부품들과 관련딘 방사능 레벨을 낮추기 위한 방사성 핵부품의 핵오염제거방법에 있어서, 상기 표면들이 상기 산화물층의 두께에 대응하는 열침투를 달성하기에 충분한 에너지 집중도를 가지고 상기 산환물층의 두께보다 본질적으로 큰폭의 레이저 비임에 의해 주사되는 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면으로부터 제거된 오염물은 상기 부품으로부터 흡입되어 멀리 운반되어지는 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 흡입증기는 폐기처분을 위해 오염물질의 수질을 위해 여과되는 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  4. 제1항부터 제3항까지의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 레이저는 표면에서 단위제곱센티미터당 4.6주울부터 23주울의 에너지 집중도를 가진 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 레이저는 상기 표면에서 단위제곱센티미터당 8.5주울의 에너지 집중도를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 레이저는 약 0.3주울/펄스의 펄스를 발생하고, 약 1.06마이크로미터의 펄스파장과 30―40나노초의 펄스길이를 갖는 펄스를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 레이저는 네오디뮴 YAG펄스 레이저인 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
  8. 제1항부터 제7항까지의 어느 한항에 있어서 레이저 비임은 직접 표면으로 그리고 상기 표면을 따라 상기 부품들 근처에 배열된 원격으로 이동가능한 반사기구에 의해서 이동되어지는 것을 특징으로 한 레이저 핵오염 제거방법.
