Abstract

1382915 Cleaning metals by spark discharge BRITISH NUCLEAR FUELS Ltd 4 May 1973 [25 April 1972] 19166/72 Heading C7E A steel, nuclear fuel element sheath 26 is cleaned by rotating it under spark electrodes 2, 3 whilst in an inert gas. The electrodes may be traversed along the sheath. The gas may be removed at 25 and filtered and recirculated.
