Abstract
Procédé pour décontaminer une pièce métallique contenant un gaz par irradiation laser dans un milieu liquide La présente invention concerne un procédé pour décontaminer une pièce métallique contenant un gaz dans un milieu liquide ainsi qu’un dispositif pour la mise en œuvre de ce procédé de décontamination. Le procédé selon l’invention concerne un procédé pour décontaminer une pièce métallique contenant un gaz par irradiation laser dans un milieu liquide, dans lequel on dispose la pièce métallique dans le milieu liquide, on dispose dans le milieu liquide une interface en verre apte à laisser passer la longueur d’ondes d’un faisceau laser pulsé, à une distance comprise entre 10 mm et 250 mm de ladite pièce, on dispose dans le milieu liquide, tout ou partie d’un système de circulation du milieu liquide apte à diriger le milieu liquide situé entre l’interface et la pièce métallique le long de ladite pièce, on applique sur la pièce métallique un faisceau d’un laser pulsé émettant à une longueur d’ondes comprise entre 1000 et 1080 nm, avec une fluence comprise entre 30 et 200 J/cm2, un pic de puissance compris entre 1,2 et 7,5 kW, avec une vitesse de déplacement compris entre 3000 et 20 000 mm/secondes.
