제1도는 본 발명에 따라 형성된 셀에 의해 교략된 검사될 용접부에 의해 서로 연결된 두개의 플라스틱부재의 부분 단면도.
제2도는 2개의 별도의 용접부들에 의해 고정된 벨-스티곳트 조인트를 통해 연결된 튜브와 같은 2개의 중첩 플라스틱 부재의 단면도.
제3도는 압력 공동부를 형성하도록 서로 떨어져 있는 2개의 용접부들에 의해 단부에서 서로 접합된 2개의 부재들의 부분단면도.
Claims (11)
- 용접부에 의해 접속된 구조물 부분들과 함께 피서험 용접부를 둘러싸는 압력 공동부를 형성하고, 그 압력 공동부에 소정의 서험압력을 가하는 것으로 이루어진 열가소성물질의 용접된 구조물의 용접부를 서험하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질을 접속될 구조물 부분들 위에 피서험 용접부를 열가소성 물질로 둘러싸는 상기 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 피서험 용접부에 의해 상호 연결되 구조물 부분들을 그들 사이에 간격이 형성되도록 배치하고 그 간격을 폐쇄하여 압력공동부를 형성하도록 용접을 행하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력을 발생시키기 위해 유체가 이용되는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 누출지시기를 사용하여 압력 공동부에 가해진 유체의 누출을 감지하는 상기 방법.
- 구조물 부분들에 연결되어 용접부 주위에 폐쇄된 압력공동부를 형성하는 수단과 그 공동부에 압력유체를 적용하기 위한 수단으로 이루어진 2개의 열가소성 물질의 구조물 부분들은 상호 연결하는 용접접속부를 시험하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공동부에 누출 지시기가 연결되는 상기 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상호 연결된 열가소성 구조물 부분들이 단부에서 서로 정렬되게 배치되고, 상기 압력공동부 형성 수단이 그 구조물 부분들 사이 용접부위에 배치되는 셀로 이루어진 상기 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 서로 용접된 구조물 부분들이 단부에서 서로 정렬되게 배치되고, 상기 압력공동부 형성수단이 피시험 용접부로부터 반대측의 구조물부분의 측부에 형성되고 구조물 부분들과 피시험 용접부 사이의 공동부를 둘러싸는 별도의 용접부인 상기 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상호 연결된 구조물 부분들중 하나가 다른 하나의 부분 주위에서 연장하는 플렌지를 가지고 있고, 피시험 용접부가 그 플렌지와 상기 다른 하나의 부분 사이에 연결되고, 상기 공동부 형성 수단이 하나의 부분의 플렌지와 다른 하나의 부분 사이 압력공간을 둘러싸는 두 부분들 사이의 용접 연결부를 포함하는 상기 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 서로 접속될 2개의 구조물 부분들이 서로 직각으로 배치되고, 피시험 용접부가 하나의 구조물 부분을 다른 하나의 부분의 단부 표면에 연결하고, 상기 공동부 형성수단이 하나의 부분의 반대측 부상의 제2용접부를 포함하는 상기 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
