Description

가스관의 가스누출 조기 발견대

본 고안은 각종 가스관의 가스누출 조기발견대에 관한 것으로 특히 가스의 누출위험이 가장 많은 가스관의 연결부위에 감싸여 지도록 부착하여 가스의 누출 초기에 조기 발견할 수 있는 것에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 대기중으로 누출된 가스를 감지하는 가스 누출경보장치를 사용했으나 이는 비교적 설치비용이 많이들뿐만 아니라 이미 누출된 가스를 처리하기 위해서는 상당한 주의를 요하는 것이었으며 간단한 가스누출 검지법으로 수시로 가스관의 연결부위에 비눗물을 도액(塗液)하여 기토의 발생유무로 가스의 누출여부를 식별할수 있는 것이 알려져 있으나 이 방법 역시 가스누출을 초기에 발견하기에 적합하지 않으며 수시로 비눗물을 토액해야 하는 번거로움이 뒤따르는 것이었다.
본 고안은 종래의 이와 같은 폐단에 착안하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지필름을 주름지게 접어서 팽팡부(1)를 형성하고 팽창부(1)의 상, 하, 좌, 우 네단부에 접착제층(2)이 형성되어 있으며 보호용 박리테이프(3)가 부착되어 있는 부착띠(4)를 고주파 열융착시켜서 된 것이다.
또한 본 고안은 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 팽창부(1)의 중앙에 밸브에 끼워질 수 있는 탄성체(5)를 열융착시켜 사용할수도 있다.
도면중 미설명부호 6, 6'는 가스관, ㄱ은 연결 도관이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제1도와 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 팽창부(1)의 네단부에 위치하는 부착띠(4)로 붙 보호용 테이프(3)를 벗겨내어 접착제층(2)을 노출되도록 한다음 가스관(6) (6')과 연결도관(7)의 결합된 부위를 감싸여지도록 부착시키는 것으로서 가스관(6) (6')과 연결도관(7)의 연결된 부위에서 가스가 누출될 경우 주름져 있는 팽창부(1)가 부풀어 오르게 되기 때문에 식별이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 누출된 가스가 대기중으로 확산되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖기 때문에 조기발견의 효과와 아울러 가스폭발의 우려를 배제할 수 있는 효과를 갖는 것이다.

  1. 합성수지필름을 주름지게 접어서 팽창부(1)를 형성하고 팽창부(1)의 상, 하, 좌, 우 네단부에 접착제층(2)이 형성되어 있으며 보호용 박리테이프(3)가 부착되어 있는 부착띠(4)를 융착시켜서 된 것으로 특징으로 하는 가스관의 가스누출 조기 발견대.
