Claims (5)
- 주로 아크릴성 에멀젼, 하나의 농축제, 분산제들 및 하나의 색깔 색소를 함유하는 수성 에멀전 페인트 합성물에 있어, 페인트 형성물의 색 안정성과 퇴색 저항성을 증가시키기 위해 미세한 사산화삼망간 중기 입자들로 이루어진 색깔색소를 상기 페인트 형성물에 부가함을 특징으로하는 라텍스 운반체를 사용하는 페인트 합성물용으로 개선된 색깔 유지 색소.
- 상기 1항에서 사산화삼망간 색깔 색소가 다음 특성들, 즉(a)중량비로 적어도 약 90%의 사산화삼망간, 나머지 산화칼슘, 산화 마그네슘, 산화칼륨 및 자유 망간 금속중량비로 약 1%미만의 실리카로 이루어진 혼합물을 포함하는 화학 조성, 그리고 (b)98%가 10미크론 미만인 입자크기를 가지는 Mn₃O₄증기 임을 특징으로하는 수숭 에멀젼 페인트 형성물.
- 중량비로 약 40에서 67%까지의 라텍스 성분, 중량비로 약 0.5에서 약 12%까지의 농축제, 중량비로 약0.2에서 2.0%까지의 분산제, 중랑비로 약 0.2에서 2.0%까지의 계면 활성제, 중량비로 약 0.1에서 1.0%까지의 거품제거제, 중량비로 약 0.3에서 6.0%까지의 유착제, 중량비로 약0.1에서 1.5%까지의 방부제, 중량비로 약 0.0에서 15.0%까지의 협력제, 중량비로 약 5.0에서 30%까지의 Mn₃O₄증기, 중량비로약 0.0에서 25%까지의 TiO₂, 그리고 나머지는 물로 이루어진 소성 에멀젼 페인트 합성물.
- 상기 3항에서 중랑비로 0에서 약 8.0%까지의 냉동방지제를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로하는 수성에멀젼 페인트 형성물.
