Claims (13)
- 소량으로 존재하는 박테리아, 발열물질 및 저분자량 유기화합물을 물로부터 제거하기 위한 물정화방법에 있어서, 상기 오염된 물을 복수개의 직사각형 노듀울구역(noduleareas)을 갖는 미소 다공성 폴리올레핀막을 통과시키며, 각 노듀울구역은 복수개의 띠모양(strip like) 미세근모가 노듀울의 한면으로부터 그 맞은편면까지 길이방향으로 배치되어서 각 노듀울 내에서 복수개의 띠모양의 미소공을 형성하며, 상기 미소공들은 막의 한면에서 다른 면에까지 서로 연동되어 있어서 하나의 미세-중첩구조를 형성하며, 상기 미소공의 평균직경은 0.03 내지 0.8으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 여과의 초기단계에서는 주위온도에서 수압 1리터/분/m2이상의 유속으로 물이 상기 막을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소다공성막은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소다공성 폴리올레핀막은 미소 다공성 중공섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 성중공섬유의 벽두께(T)는 10 내지 100μ, 수은 다공도계로서 측정한 다공도는 20 내지 90%이며, 또한 0.03≤≤0.002XT+0.3의 관계를 갖고 있고, 상기식에서(μ)는 상기 다공성 중공섬유의 미소공의 평균직경인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리한 물은 다단계의 막을 통과시켜서 여과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기막은 An≥An+1 및 Sn≥Sn+1의 관계를 가지며, 상기식에서 An는 n째 단계에 있어서의 막의 평균 미소공직경이며 Sn는 n째단계에 있어서의 막의 표면적인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리한 물은 우물 또는 상수도물이며 소정의 용도에 사용할 물의 량은 사용전에 즉시 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다단계 물 여과장치에 있어서, 각각 처리할 물의 유입구와 처리된 물의 유출구를 갖추며 각각 적어도 하나의 제1항의 미소다공성 폴리올레핀막을 포함하는, 복수개의 하우징으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기막은 An≥An+1과 Sn≥Sn+1의 관계를 가지며, 상기 식에서 An는 n째 단계에 있어서의 막의 평균미소직경이고 Sn는 n째 단계에 있어서의 막의 표면적인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 미소다공성 폴리올레핀 막은 중공섬유막이며, 상기장치의 여과물질은 상기 중공섬유막들의 다발을 U형으로 굽혀서 만들고 상기 하우징에 확고하게 고정하며 상기 다발의 개구단들은 열려진 상태로 두고 다발의 끝을 수지로서 상기 하우징내에 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 복수재의 하우징중 최종하우징의 물유출구에는 상기 장치를 박테리아의 침입으로부터 방지하기 위한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 5kg/cm2이하의 수압하에서는 공기 투과성이고 물 불투과성인 분리막을 통하여 하우징으로부터 공기를 분기(噴氣)시키는 장치를 상기 하우징의 상단에 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
