콩과식물에서 사포닌류 및 플라본류의 분리방법

Claims (6)

  1. 콩과식물의 적어도 일부를 필요에 따라 탈지한 다음 알칼리 수용액으로 추출하여 섬유분을 제거하고 추출액을 필요에 따라 단백질을 제거한 다음 무극성 또는 미극성 흡착수지로 처리하여 그 흡착수지에 흡착한 사포닌류 및 플라본류를 극성용매로 용리하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사포닌류 및 플라본류의 분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 기재한 섬유분 제거후의 추출액을 산성으로 하여 석출하는 물질을 분리하고 단백질을 재취하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 기재한 흡착수지와의 처리에서 얻은 비흡착부분을 함유하는 용출액으로 부터 당을 재취하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 기재한 섬유분을 제거한 다음의 추출액을 잇는 그대로 흡착수지로 처리하여 얻은 비흡착부분을 함유하는 용출액을 산성으로 하고 석출물을 분리하여 단백질을 채취하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 기재한 석출물을 분리한 다음의 산성용출액으로 부터 당을 채취하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 기재한 흡착수지를 극성용매로 처리하여 얻은 용리액으로 부터 용매로 처리함에 따라 사포닌류와 플라본류를 분리 채취하는 방법.
