Abstract
Se divulga un método para remover isoflavonas de una bebida basada en soya. El método incluye procesar una base de soya al someter las semillas de soya molidas o trituradas a uno o más de vibración sónica y homogenización de ultraalta presión. La bebida de soya se separa, usando centrifugación, en una fase de lípido sustancialmente libre de isoflavonas y una fase de suero que contiene isoflavonas. Una o más isoflavonas se separan de la fase de suero. La fase de suero se mezcla con la fase de lípido.
