Claims (6)

  1. 아데닌-요구 및 이노신 및 또는 구아노산-생산 미생물이 발효 브로스중에서 이노신 및 또는 구아노신을 동화 및 축적할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상기 미생물을 배양 배지중에서 배양하고 상기 브로스로부터 이노신 및 또는 구아노신을 회수함으로써 이노신 및 또는 구아노신을 생산함에 있어서, 보통의 공기를 사용하여 호기성 배양물에서 이노신 및 또는 구아노신을 수율의 최대로하는 아데닌의 양이상의 과량으로 아데닌원을 배지중에 존재하고 산소가 풍부한 기체를 배지중에 부글부글하게 공급하면서 상기 미생물을 배양함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이 바실루스 속에 속함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 미생물이 바실루스 푸밀루스 또는 바실루스 서브틸리스에 속함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 미생물이 부실루스 푸밀루스 No. 148-S-16(KAIST 820426-02210, FERM BP-6, IFO 12483), 바실루스 푸밀루스 No. 158-A-17(KAIST 820426-02110, FERM BP-7, IFO 12477) 및 바실루스 푸밀루스 ATCC 13956(IFO 14124)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 배지중의 아데닌원의 양이 아데닌으로서 200∼800㎍/ml임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 공기 및 산소의 양이 하기식에 따라 배지중에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법:
    상기식에서,는, 각각, 배지중에 공급된 공기 및 산소의 양(l/분)이고, Q0(l/분)는 종래의 방법으로 공급된 보통 공기의 양이고 C는 산소 및 공기의 기체혼합물중의 산소농도(%)인데, 임의로 하기의 실험식으로부터 계산된 C0값 이하로 결정된다:
