Claims (8)
- 바나듐(V)화합물을 인산 및/또는 인산을 형성하는 화합물과 임의로 물 존재하에 가열하면서 반응시키고 계속하여 반응후에 수득된 생성물을 임의로 촉진제 존재하에 상승된 온도에서 환원력을 갖는 유기용매 및/또는 희석제로 처리함을 특징으로 하여 바나듐/인혼합 산화물 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 바나듐(V)화합물이 바나듐 펜톡사이드, 암모늄 바나데이트 및/또는 나트륨 바나데이트 임이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 사용되는 인산을 형성하는 화합물이 포스포러스 펜톡사이드, m-인산 및/또는 폴리인산임이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 바나듐(V)화합물과 인산 및/또는 인산을 형성하는 화합물과의 반응을 80내지 180℃에서 수행함이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 반응후에 수득된 생성물을 계속 처리하는 과정을 80내지 200℃에서 수행함이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 사용되는 유기용매 및/또는 희석제가 탄소, 산소 및 수소를 포함하면서 분자내의 탄소수가 1내지 10인 극성 화합물임이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 사용되는 유기용매 및/또는 희석제가 탄소수 1내지 10의 지방족, 지환족 또는 아르지방족, 포화 또는 불포화 알콜, 알데히드, 케톤, 산 및/또는 에스테르임이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매 촉진제가 멘델레프의 원소 주기율 표의 1족, 2족, 7족 및/또는 8족 아족 원소임이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
