Claims (5)

  1. 일정한 패턴의 구멍을 가지는 샤도우마스크를 포함하는 칼라 선택전극의 제조법 즉, 다음단계
    a) 광부식 공정을 통해 강철박 내에 구멍의 패턴들을 제공하는 단계와,
    b) 강철박으로 부터 마스크블랭크르 자르며 각 마스크블랭크가 일정한 패턴의 구명을 가지는 단계와,
    c) 마스크블랭크가 함께 들러붙기 시작하는 온도 이상의 최대온도에서 한 더미의 마스크블랭크를 어니일링하는 단계와,
    d) 각 마스크 블랭크를 접시형으로 디이프 드로우잉하는 단계를 포함하는 제조법에 있어서,
    e) 어니일링에 앞서, 마스크블랭크가 굴곡된기판상에 쌓여지고
    f)어니일링후, 마스크블랭크의 더미가 평평한 기판상에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라수상관용 칼라선택전극의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 기판이 디이프 드로우잉후 대략 마스크블랭크의 반경에 해당하는 반경을 갖는 원통의 일부형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 수상관용 칼라 선택전극의 제조법.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 강철박이 무균열강철로 부터 제조되고, 어니일링시 최대온도가 약 600℃와 850℃사이가 되며, 그리고 약45분 내지 120분동안 이니일링어 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 수상관용 칼라 선택전극의 제조법.
  4. 제3항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 어니일링시 최대온도가 약 760℃이고, 그 온도는 약 15분 동안 약 750℃이상으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 수상관용 칼라 선택 전극의 제조법.
  5. 전술한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 칼라 선택전극을 포함하는 칼라 수상관.
