제8도는 본 발명에서 스테핑프레스 성형공정을 설명하는 널조각 같은 촉매의 개략도.
제11도는 본 발명의 스테핑프레스 성형에 있어 정형용(整形用) 형틀을 후부에 장치하였을 경우를 설명하는 개략도.
Claims (7)
- 금속박판에 블레이드로 가로방향의 구획선을 내고, 이 구획선과 직각방향으로 끌어당겨 늘려서 그물코를 형성하는 익스팬드메탈의 제조공정, 이 익스팬드메탈의 교정공정, 이 메탈의 유지질 제거공정, 이 메탈 위에 금속을 프레임스프레잉(溶射)을 하여 조면(粗面)을 형성하는 금속용사공정, 이 용매를 부착한 박판을 일정한 형상으로 성형하는 성형공정 및 성형된 박판을 절단하는 공정을 포함한 판상의 촉매를 연속제조하는 방법.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에서 전기한 용사공정은 익스팬드메탈이 겹치도록 여러개의 회전로울러 사이에 팽팽히 걸고 익스팬드메탈을 이동시키면서 이 익스팬드메탈의 중복부분에 용융금속을 스프레이하는 공정이있다는 것.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에서 성형공정의 전후에 판상촉매의 안팎을 2장의 금속박 사이에 끼워서 보호하기 위한 금속박을 끌어내는 공정 및 두루마리 공정을 마련하였다는 것.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에서 전기한 성형공정은 판재를 피치이송하면서 상하의 프레스 형틀에 따라 단계적으로 프레스 성형하는 스레핑프레스 성형공정이며 이 공정에서 판재의 이동방향과 프레스에 따라 형성되게 하는 판재의 산 같은 모양의 방향을 일치하게 한 것.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제4항에서 프레스형틀의 후단에 판재의 최대이송피치 보다도 긴 치수의 정형용 형틀을 마련하여 최종적으로 정형프레스 하는 것.
- 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에서 전기한 촉매물질이 배기가스 질소산화물 제거용이라는 것.
- 익스팬드메탈의 이송방향에 잇달아 배치된 들어가는 쪽 핀치로울러 및 나가는 쪽 핀치로울과 이 양쪽 핀치로울 사이에서 익스팬드메탈 가로방향으로 배치된 덴션로울과를 미리 마련하고 전기한 텐션로울은 그 양단을 각기 독립하여 상하 이동할 수 있도록 하여서 경사 배치할 수 있도록 하였다.특허 청구의 범위 제1항의 방법에 사용하는 익스팬드메탈 고정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
