Claims (12)
- 담체와 촉매로 조성되는 2성분 촉매계에 있어서, 불활성 담체와 인산염 함유 성분의 액상 용매 슬러리형을 시성키고, 용매의 증발을 행하여 무수상태의 괴체(덩어리)를 형성시킨 다음 소성시킴을 특징으로 하여 인산염 함유 촉매와 인산염 농후 처리한 불활성 담체를 물리적 혼합시켜 성되는 2성분 촉계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 담체가 실리카, 티타니아 또는 지르코니아임을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 용매가 물이고,상기 인함유 화합물이 인산임을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 함유 촉매가 철-인산염 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 담체가 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 함유성분이 인산이고, 상기 액상 용매가 물임을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제4항에 얻은, 촉매계를 이소부티르산과 산소와 함께 물리적으로 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 메타크릴산을 제조하는 방법.
- 촉매와 담체로 조성되는 2성분 촉매계에 있어서, 일반식 FePxMeyOz (Me는 Li,Na, K,Rb, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속이고, x는 0.2내지 2.0이며,y는 0.10내지 2.0이며 z는 다른 원소들과 결합되어 이들 산화상태의 산소의 상당량임)으로 표시되는 촉매(a), 및 실리카와인 함유화합물을 액상 슬러리로 혼합시키고, 액체를 증발시킨 다음, 잔존하는 고상물을 소성시킴으로써 얻어지는 실리카와인 함유 화합물로 조성되는 담체(b)를 실질적으로 무수상태 하에서 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 촉매와 담체로 조성되는 2성분 촉매계.
- 불활성 물질, 인산염 성분 및 액상 용매를 함께 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성시킨 다음 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 불활성 물질과 인산염 성분으로 조성되는 촉매담체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 물질이 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 인산염 성분이 인산임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체.
- 실리카와 인산을 혼합하여 수성 슬러리를 형성시키고, 건조 및 소성시킴을 특징으로 하는 실리카와 인산수용액으로 조성되는 촉매 담체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
