Claims (1)

  1. 정선 탈수한 새우를 분쇄하기 전, 후에 비타민 E를 함유하는 식용유 150-220℃의 것에 3분정도 튀겨서 150메쉬이상으로 분쇄한 것을 주재로 하고 여기에 다른 고기분, 건새우분, 전분, 콩가루, 채소분말, 해초분말, 조미료 등을 적의 첨가혼합하여 된 것으로 각종 새우식품을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 새우육을 주재로 하는 식품제조방법.
