제2도 및 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 통상적 세공의 윤곽 및 상업상 유용한 박판에 대한 사시도.
Claims (3)
- 채널을 표면에서 끝나도록 설비하므로서, 확장된 유효표면을 갖게 되는 전해콘덴서용 알루미늄박에 있어서, 채널이 평균 0.1-0.3㎛의 직경을 가지며, 반복하여 채널의 방향이 1㎛이하인 길이로 변화된 후 전체채널의 평균길이는 5㎛이상이 되며, 상기 채널로 제공된 박편의 어느 한면상의 영역이 전표면에 걸쳐 대략 동일한 깊이로 확장되므로써, 박편 횡단면 중간부에서 두께가 15㎛이하가 아인 영역이 고체알루미늄으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 알루미늄박.
- 60내지 95℃사이의 온도에서 35내지 350사이인 펄스반복율과 500내지 2000μsec사이인 팔스간격을 갖는 펄스된 직류로써 전해용액내에서 행하는 양극 산화법에 의한 제1항에 따른 알루미늄박 제조방법에 있어서.부식공정이 염화물을 함유하고 적어도 1000ms/cm의 전도도를 가진 전해용액내에서, 박편표면적 단위 ㎠당체적 ds손실이 적어도 2m로 얻어질 때까지 이러한 장주기의 시간동인 직류부분에 대해 0.5내지 3A/㎠사이인 전류밀로로써 수행된다는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 알루미늄박.
- 적어도 제1항에 따른 알루미늄박으로 양극박편이 구성되는 전해콘덴서에서.상기 전해콘덴서가 형성을 통해 제조된 비유전 산화층으로 제조되었다는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 알루미늄박.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
