Claims (1)
- 하기 일반식(I)을 가진 펩티트와 약리학적으로 허용되는 그 염류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 일반식에서,A,A′ 및 A″는 각각 독립해서 Gly, D-Ala, D-Leu 또는 D-Trp이고, 여기서 A는 N-알킬화되거나 N-아실화된 것이며,B는 Pro, Δ³-Pro, Thz 또는 diMeThz이고,C와 C′는 각각 독립해서 Thr, Ser, Val 또는 alloThr이며,D는 Clu, Cln, Asp 도는 Asn이고,R는 수소원자 또는 리실 잔기의 ε-아미노기 상에 수소원자들 중의 하나로 치환된 저급 알킬기 또는 저급 아실기이며,X는 Cys,Ala,ABU 또는 Cys(Me)이고Y는 수산기, Pro,Pro-Leu 및 Pro-Leu-Met; - NH₂, ProNH₂, Pro-LeuNH₂ 및 Pro-Leu-MetNH₂로 구성되는 군에서 선택한 것임.(i) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)를 가진 화합물을 처리하거나,(상기 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 A, A′,A″,B,C,C′,D,R 및 X는 위에서 정의한 바와 같으며, 여기서 Y′는 수산기-NH₂,Pro, Pro-Leu,Pro-Leu-Met,Pro-NH₂,Pro-LeuNH₂ 및 Pro-Leu-MetNH₂; Pro잔기, Pro-Leu잔기 및 Pro-Leu-Met잔기들로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 것이며,P¹,P²,P³,P⁴및 P는 곁가지 사슬보호기인데, 여기서, P¹은 α-아미노기에 알맞는 보호기이며,각 P²는 곁가지 사슬의 수산기에 알맞는 보호기를 각각 나타내고,P³는 곁가지 사슬의 카르복시기에 알맞는 보호기이며,P⁴는 곁가지 사슬의 ε-아미노기에 알맞는 보호기이고,P는 곁가지 사슬의 술포히드릴에 알맞는 보호기이며,S는 카르복시기 또는 고체 중합 지원에 알맞는 보호기이고,각 a,b,c,d,e,f 및 g는 0 또는 1에 해당하는 정수임.(ⅱ) g가 1일때 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 얻기 위하여 고체-지원 분열제로써 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 (i)의 생성물을 처리하거나,(ⅲ) 유기 또는 무기산으로 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 처리하여 약리학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시키거나,(ⅳ) 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 염을 상이한 유기 또는 무기산으로 처리하여 약리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염으로 전환시키거나,(ⅴ) 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 염을 무기염기로 처리하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 유리 폴리펩티드로 분해시키는 것이 특징인 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가진 펩티드를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
