Claims (7)

  1. 일반식(I)의 스페르구알린-관련된 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염.
    상기식에서, X는또는이고 Y는 수소원자 ; 또는 아미노산 또는 펩티드의 카복실 그룹으로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득된 잔기이며, m은 0.1 또는 2이고, n은 1또는 2이며, 단, n이 2이고, m이 0일 경우, Y는 수소원자가 아니다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 수소원자인 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X가이고, Y가 수소원자이며, m 및 n이 각각 1인 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  4. 하기 구조식의 스페르구알린-관련된 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  5. 하기 구조식의 스페르구알린-관련된 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  6. 일반식(II)의 보호된 화합물로부터 보호그룹을 제거시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 스페르구알린-관련된 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, X는또는이고 Y는 수소원자 ; 또는 아미노산 또는 펩티드의 카복실 그룹으로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득된 잔기이고, m은 0,1 또는 2이며, n은 1 또는 2이고, 단, n이 2이고, m이 0일 경우, Y는 수소원자가 아니며, R1은 아미노-보호그룹이고, R2는 아미노-보호그룹, 또는 보호된 아미노 그룹을 갖는 아미노산 또는 펩티드의 카복실 그룹으로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거하여 수득된 잔기(잔기의 측쇄가 보호될 수도 있다)이다.
  7. 활성성분으로서 일반식(I)의 스페르구알린-관련된 화합물 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 함유하는 면역억제제.
