Claims (15)

  1. 전분이 48타일러 표준체매쉬 또는 그 이상의 크기인 부분의 입자크기 분포를 갖고, 최소한 0.25g/cc의 부피밀도를 가지며, 냉수 가용성 성분이 10% 이하, 팽창부피 3 내지 15ml/g, 보수성 2 이하인 녹말전분의 껍질막 구조를 유지하는 비-복굴절 전분으로 이루어지는 가공전분.
  2. 냉수가용성 성분이 5% 이하, 팽창부피 약 7 내지 15ml/g, 보수성 3 이하인 청구범위 제1항의 가공전분.
  3. 전분이 옥수수전분인 청구범위 제1항의 가공전분.
  4. 팽창성을 가지나 냉수 가용성이 낮고, 60% 이하의 고형분 농도를 갖는 분산액 형성을 위해서 녹말에 유기용제와 물을 가하고, 껍질막구조의 파괴없이 녹말과립을 팽창시켜 녹말 비-복굴절성 유지를 위해 분산액을 가열하고, 상기 껍질막구조의 파괴없이 분색을 건조시켜서 이루어지는 가공전분의 제조방법.
  5. 분산액이 고형분 함량이 30% 이하인, 청구범위 제4항에 따른 가공전분의 제조방법.
  6. 분산액을 50℃ 이상으로 가열하고 분산액중의 전분입자의 젤라틴화 개시오노ㄷ 보다 10℃ 높지 않은 온도로 가열하는 청구범위 제5항에 따른 가공전분의 제조방법.
  7. 분산액을 가열온도 보다 낮은 온도에서 건조하는 청구범위 제4항에 따른 가공전분의 제조방법.
  8. 녹말이 옥수수된분인 청구범위 제4항에 따른 제조방법.
  9. 유기용제가 물보다 비점이 낮은 청구범위 제4항에 따른 가공전분의 제조방법.
  10. 유기용제가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판을, n-프로판올인, 청구범위 제9항에 따른 가공전의 제조방법.
  11. 의약품에 따른 첨가제와 함께 또는 가공전분만을 첨가하고, 상기 가공전분이 비-복굴절성으로서 전분과립의 껍질막구조를 유지하고, 상기 전분의 입자가 48타일러 표준 체메쉬 또는 그 이상이고 상기 전분의 부피밀도가 최소한 0.25g/cc, 냉수가용성 성분 함량 10, 팽창부피 3 내지 15ml/g, 보수성 약 2 로서 이루어지는, 약품에 분해성을 부여하기 위한 방법.
  12. 가공전분의 냉수-가용성 전분함량이 5% 이하이고, 팽창부피 7 내지 15ml/g, 보수성 최소 3 이상인 청구범위 제11항의 방법에 따라 약품에 분해성을 부여하기 위한 방법.
  13. 전분이 옥수수전분인 청구범위 제11항에 따라 약품에 분해성을 부여하기 위한 방법.
  14. 가공전분을 약품의 초소한 1%를 가하는 청구범위 제11항에 따라 약품에 분해성을 부여하기 위한 방법.
  15. 가공전분을 미세결정 셀룰로오스와 함께 첨가하는 청구범위 제11항에 따라 약품에 분해성을 부여하기 위한 방법.
