Claims (3)
- (A) 적어도 50중량%의 실란올은 CH3Si(OH)3인 구조식 RSi(OH)3의 실란올의 부분 축활물을 수성 유기용매(지방족 알콜)에 녹인 용액에 콜로이드성 실리카를 분산시킨 분산액 및(B) 다음 (i),(ii),(iii) 및 (iv) 중에서 선택된 안정화 분량의 알콕시실란 기능화 방향족 Ur 흡수 화합물을 최소한 10℃의 온도에서 2시간동안 pH 6.6 내지 7.8 또는 3.8 내지 5.7에서 혼성 가수분해하여, 비초벌된 플라스틱 기질에 부착시키는데 사용되는 수성 혼성 가수분해물질을 사용하는 방법.(iv) 이들의 혼합물상기에서(A)는 주로 10 내지 70중량%은 클로이드성 실리카와 30 내지 90중량%의 부분적 측합물로 구성된 고체를 10 내지 40% 함유하며R은 C1-3알킬기 또는 C6-13알릴기이며R1은 수소, C1-8알콕시, 카복시, 할로겐, 하이드록시, 아미노, 카브에톡시 및 -Q-(CH2)3Si(OR2)중에서 선택한 것이며Q는 -NH- 또는 -0-이며R2는 C1-C8알킬이고R3는 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-8알킬 및 C1-8알콕시 중에서 선택된 것이며R4는 수소, C1-8알킬, C1-8알콕시 및 할로겐 중에서 선택된 것이며,Y는 R4또는 -(CH2)3Si(OR2)3이고a,b 및 c는 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- (C) 55 내지 90%의 주로 물과 C1-8 알칸올로 구성된 용매와(D) 25 내지 50몰%의 SiO2단위, 40 내지 75몰%의 RSiO 1.5 단위 및 0 내지 10몰%(R)2(SiO) 단위 및 0.5 내지 5몰%의단위로 구성되며 이중에 화학적으로 결합된 총 단위는 100몰%인 오가노폴리실옥산으로 구성된 혼성 가수분해를 10 내지 45%로 구성되며 비초벌된 열가소성 기질에 피복시키면 적어도 한가지의 마모 방지 피복 및 UV 안정화된 표면을 가지는 피복이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 비초벌 열가소성 기질에 최외각 피복용으로 사용되는 피복조성물.상기에서d는 1 내지 3의 정수이고z는 다음(i)과 (ii)중에서 선택한 그룹이며Z´는 구조식(iii)의 그룹이며R1은 수소, C1-8알콕시, 카복시, 할로겐, 하이드록시, 아미노, 카브에톡시 및 -Q-(CH2)3Si(OR2)3중에서 선택한 것이며Q는 -NH- 또는 -0-이고,R2는 C1-C8알킬R3는 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-8알킬 및 C1-8알콕시이고R4는 수소, C1-8알킬, C1-8알콕시 및 할로겐이고Y는 R4또는 -(CH2)3-Si(OR2)이다.
- (C) 55 내지 90%의 주로 물과 C1-8 알칸올로 구성된 용매와(D) 25 내지 50몰%의 SiO2단위, 40 내지 75몰%의 RSiO1.5단위 및 0 내지 10몰%(R)2(SiO) 단위 및 0.5 내지 5몰%의단위로 구성되며 이중에 화학적으로 결합된 총 단위는 100몰%인 오가노폴리실옥산으로 구성된 혼성 가수분해를 10 내지 45%로 구성된 수성의 피복 조성물을 비초벌된 기질상에 피복시켜 내마모성 피복을 형성시키는 방법.상기에서d는 1내지 3의 정수이고Z는 다음 (i)과 (ii)중에서 선택한 그룹이며Z´는 구조식(iii)의 그룹이며R1은 수소, C1-8알콕시, 카복시, 할로겐, 하이드록시, 아미노, 카브에톡시 및 -Q-(CH2)3Si(OR2)3중에서 선택한 것이며Q는 -NH- 또는 -0-이고,R2는 C1-8알킬R3는 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-8알킬 및 C1-8알콕시이고R4는 수소, C1-8알킬, C1-8알콕시 또는 할로겐이고Y는 R4또는 -(CH2)3-Si(OR2)이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
