Claims (2)
- 연속 회전하는 다이호일(die wheel) 주면의 카비티(cavity)에, 열가소성 합성수지(熱可塑性合宬樹脂)를 연속으로 밀어내어, 슬라이드 파스너 엘레멘트층의, 교합두부(矯合頭部)와 그 양측의 각상당부(脚相富部)에서 되는 략직봉상(略直俸狀)으로 된 엘레멘트 소재의 압출(押出) 성형(成形)을 행하고, 이 엘레멘트 소재를 연속적으로 캬비티에서 떼어내면서 바로 일차가열에 의하여 V상으로 절곡(折曲)시켜, 절곡된 엘레멘트 소재를 연속 이행(移行)시키면서, 열풍에 의해 이차로 가열, 적어도 소정의 슬라이드 파스너 엘레멘트 현상으로 열셋트하여, 다이호일에서 엘레멘트 소재의 떼어내는 속도도 등속(等速)으로 연속하여 떼어내는 일련의 연속공정을 행하도록 된 슬라이드 파스너 엘레멘트의 제조방법.
- 슬라이드 파스너 엘레멘트용의 교함두부와 그 양쪽의 각상당부에서의 략직봉상으로 되는 엘레멘트 소재를 형성하는 캬비티를 둘레에 연설(蓮設)하고 또한 연속 회전하는 다이호일의 전기둘레의 일부에, 열가소성합성수지의 밀어내기 노즈루(nozzle)가 대설(對設)되어 있어, 성형된 엘레멘트 소재가 다이호일에서 떨어져 가나 옮마가는, 이행로(移行路)에 면하여 일차가열 장치가 부설되고, 또한 U자주구(周溝)를 가진 절곡다이호일과 원반상(園盤狀) 절곡호일과에서 절곡유닛트(bending unit) 가 배치되고 절곡유닛트 직후에 있는 U자상에 절곡되어진, 엘레멘트 소재의 이행로를 에워싸, U자구를 형성하는 가이드(guide portion)부와, U곡되어진 엘레멘트소재를 열풍 가열하는 가열수단으로서 되는 이차가열 유닛트(socnd heating unit)와, 이 유닛트의 가이드 부에 연속되는 엘레멘트의 성형 다이도 배치되어 있어, 엘레멘트 성형 다이를 거친 파스너 엘레멘트의 이행로에는 적어도 파스너 엘레멘트의 냉각유닛트(cooling unit)와, 이 엘레멘트의 송출장치(送出葬置)가 배설(配設)되어 있으며, 이 송출장치의 보내기 속도은 다이호일의 주(周) 속도와 같이 되어있는 것을 특징으로 한 슬라이드 파스너 엘레멘트의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
