Claims (3)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 폴리실란을 일반식 RngX(여기에서 R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 페닐이고 X는 할로겐임)인 알킬 또는 아릴 그리나드 시약과 무수조건하에 0 내지 120℃에서 1 내지 48시간 동안 적합한 용매중에서 반응시킨 후 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리실란을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리실란을 제조하는 방법.{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (I)여기에서 폴리실란은 25℃에서 고화되고 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si=단위 및 40내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하며 실리콘 원자는 다른 실리콘 원자 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 페닐에 결합되어 있다.{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (Ⅱ)여기에서 폴리실란은 25℃에서 고화되고 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si=단위 및 400 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하며 실리콘 원자상의 나머지 결합은 다른 실리콘 원자, 염소원자 또는 브롬원자에 부착되고 있으며 폴리실란 중량 기준으로 10 내지 38%의 가수분해성 염소 또는 폴라실란 중량 기준으로 21내지 58중량%의 가수분해성 브롬이 폴리실란에 함유되어 있다.
- 다음 일반식을 가지며 실온에서 고화되며 폴리실란으로 이루어진 물질의 조성물{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si}여기에서 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%의(CH3)2Si=단위 및 40 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si=단위를 함유하며 실리콘 원자는 다른 실리콘 원자 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 페닐에 결합되어 있다.
- 다음 일반식을 가진 폴리실란을 1200℃ 이상으로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 카바이드 세라믹물질을 제조하는 방법.{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si}여기에서 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si단위 및 40 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하며 실리콘 원자는 다른 실리콘 원자 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 페닐에 결합되어 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
